WizardCon is a premier gaming and scifi / fantasy convention in Battle Creek Michigan. It is held every year during the last weekend in April, and this year in 2026 will be it's second year, we did have to reschedule our convention for October 9, 100 and 11 2026. WizardCon has major OSR and current gaming industry guests and expect his year to exceed 400 people in attendance.
Special care is given to the gamer and attendees as we know it is the gamer and attendee who really make up what this convention is. When you come to the convention you can anticipate any manner of tabletop games being played. From modern 5E Dungeons and Dragons, to old school board games, and everything in between.

This is a new hotel and event location in Battle Creek, with lots of comfortable amenities for convention goers. There is a pool, weight room, full service bar and restaurant. They have also given special deep discounted room rates for those attending WizardCon.
The gaming area is large, air conditioned, and there is a lot of room to stretch your legs, and the rooms are modern and clean. Plus within a ten minute walk are many places to grab food, coffee and even a large grocery store if you want to stock your hotel room with "special" refreshments.
Along with the games, WizardCon has an auction to help a local charity, there are going to be there movie prop displays with displays from Star Wars, Aliens and more.
The convention is family friendly, and for kids there will be a mini painting contest, a coloring contest and special games. So, WizardCon is much more than games and gaming.
Also there will be there interactive activities, you can dress up as your favorite super hero, or magic user. There will be free photo areas, where you can get a picture with famous movie robots, and also you can dare take a photo beside the Dungeon wall and Tomb of Horrors head from Gary Gygax's infamous adventure.
