Yes you can, in fact you are encouraged to do so, have fun. Dress like a Wizard, or an Orc maybe Superman, the Hulk. Having fun is what this convention is for.
There are board games, card games, RPG's, tabletop combat games, demo's of movie props, robots like Gonks and R2-D2, celebrity games, demo's of games coming out soon, meet gaming celebrities, there are demos and workshops. WizardCon is just a lot of gaming greatness.
Oh yes! Within a ten minute drive from the convention is pizza, burgers, steak houses, seafood, chinese food, mexican food, diner food, and if you are like the organizer Don, there is a starbucks. As strong black coffee is a food group all it's own.
WizardCon is for adults and also for kids 6 and older. Letting kids experience the fun is a great way to bond with your son or daughter. We will even have special events just for kids.
There are special games for them, they can see and hold cool movie props from movies like Star Wars, Aliens, Battlestar Galactica. They can enter into art coloring contests, and mini painting contests. They can even get their pictures taken with R2-D2, Gonk droids, and other cool well known Scifi and Fantasy characters and ships.
